U.S. State Department - Mini-Docs
The U.S. State Department is building a new museum in D.C. all about diplomacy. These short-form doc videos were designed for both that museum space and for online viewing in a classroom setting. The videos teach the viewer about what the state department does and why it is important to have diplomats and ambassadors in foreign lands.
I worked from concept to completion as a producer on the project. During production I went to each of the countries highlighted—filming much of the footage myself. I also worked as an editor during post production.
